Good for you. I'm impressed. I'd have had to walk most of that. I'm breathing heavy within 45 seconds and finally just made it two minutes. I'm so out of shape...but working on it.

I finally did it!!! I ran the 5k with some of the Pinnacle ladies. It was a lot of fun and I am glad we did it.
