Snow that Sticks

We finally got some snow that stuck more than a day. The girls had a huge itch this morning to go out and play.

This was Becca's first snowman.

This was Aymree's and Beccas snowman. They had fun and can't wait for the next snowfall.

Roller Skating and Santa Clause

Our ward had a rollerskating Santa party this year. Jared took the girls and they had a blast. It was their first time ever roller skating they did good though.

Parade of Lights

This last weekend we thought we would be crazy and go to the Parade of Lights. It was so cold the fifteen minutes we were there was great!

Countdown is Over...

Well Piper made it here a little early. She was born on November 15th at 12:30 P.M. She weighed in at 7lbs 5 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. She is very sweet and we are excited to have her here.

Snow White

My step sister Shannielle came up from Boise she was dressed up like Snow White. Becca kept asking me if she could go talk to Snow White. I didn't think anything of it. Later Shannielle told me that Becca thought she was the real Snow White. Becca was asking her if she could go be in the cartoon with her. It was pretty cute. It made Becca's day that she was able to get a picture with the "real" Snow White. She felt pretty special.

Halloween Fun

I love Halloween so we were fortunate this year that we had a great day. The girls were able to go to two parties a trunk a treat and a pirates ship.

Best Friends

I am so glad that my girls are best of friends.


Every morning we wake up to Aymree laughing as she is playing with Becca, and every night we hear her laughing non stop while they are supposed to be going to bed. That laugh is the best sound in the world and no one makes her laugh like her Big sister Becca.

Becca loves having her little sister around.(most of the time She has taught her all the tricks of the trade and comforts her when she is sad or in trouble. I know that sisters have a bond a very special bond, and I am glad that my two daughters are already forming that bond. It is a bond that can't be broken!

What the

Last night we were headed to Rexburg from Pocatello about 10:00 P.M. The girls were sleeping and Jared and I were enjoying our time of talking. We saw cars pulled over on the right side of the road with their hazards on so Jared changed lanes to the left. Just as we switched over I heard Jared say oh crap a huge deer. I looked over just as we ran over something HUGE. As we hit it we literally went air borne. Landing on the front bumper. I didn't know that vans could fly through the air. We landed stopped and pulled over everyone was fine. Jared got out and that is when we found out that we didn't hit a deer, but we hit a............

MOOSE!

The car on the other side of the road hit it first with his big old truck dragging it a 100 ft. Then we came by and finished the poor moose off flipping it off the highway and into the median. Needless to say we are all fine. Pretty sore all of us are. We are greatful for the outcome expecially hitting a moose. Our van on the other hand is towed to the wrecking yard, and we are waiting to hear the verdict on that one.

Becca and Dad Time

Jared woke Becca up first thing this morning to take her fishing. Becca was all smiles she was so excited to go with her dad fishing.

Becca with her trophy! When she got home she was so excited she pulled the fish out of the bag and was talking a million miles a minute.

Grandma Jenks

This last weekend we had the opportunity to go spend some time with Grandma Jenks. We are privileged to know her and the great women that she is. Becca and Aymree loved spending time with her. She was so gentle and kind with them. They loved the cookies, toys, Sadee, blowing straw whistles, but most of all the attention that their great-grandma gave them. Everyone needs a grandma like Grandma Jenks.

The girls love to go feed ducks. These ducks that we feed were the most aggresive ducks that I have ever see. The pictures do not do it justice.

Aymree decided to just stand back and watch. They were a little to agressive for her.

Grandma had a duck come behind her and pull food out of her hands. We can't wait to go show Jared how crazy and agressive the ducks are here.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JARED!!!

Jared had a whooping birthday party!! Can't you tell how fun it was. It really was fun but Jared's age has made it hard to stay awake.

Happy Birthday Jared. We love you and are proud of you and are going to miss you while you are gone for a month working.
